Aviário Studio is an artist-run space with workshops equipped to develop projects in Printmaking, Ceramics, Wood, Metal, Sculpture, Installation, Drawing, Painting, Photography and Bookbinding.
We offer the conditions to test possibilities and materialize ideas. On one hand, it can be a moment of transition, more connected to experimentation and research; on the other hand, it can be the point of consolidation of a project translated into the production of a new body of work.
OUR CERAMICS ROOM
A spacious room dedicated to ceramics where you can find specific spaces for wedging, storing work, two large tables for working on, a dedicated glaze room with extraction to ensure safe working conditions, three pottery wheels and two electric kilns. We offer the possibility to fire to cone 8 (1260ºC).
