Auckland Studio Potters invites professional ceramic artists and craftspeople from around the world to apply their residency positions. The primary objective is to provide creative time and space for residents to develop a new project or body of work in ceramics. They offer you the opportunity to connect with a thriving community of ceramic artists, potters, members and supporters of the arts, by sharing their expertise and inspiring others through their example.
They offer 2 residency options, both for experienced ceramic artists/craftspeople. One is designed for ceramic artists working on a focused project over a period of time, and the other for those who would like to experience being part of the ASP community as they continue to develop their practice.
Artists may apply for a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks in residence. Residencies of longer duration can be requested and will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of the ASP Directors and Committee. Each art
