Hi everyone, I would like to made a bowl using the technique showed by Ruby Pilven in her workshop about jewelry, but I can’t use porcelain because my kiln is only for terracotta. Do you think I can do it with white clay and coloured clay with pigments (the ones used for engobles and neriage)?

  Hi Sandra I am pretty sure you can use any light clay (whiter the better) and the same type of stains/pigments she used. They are not just for porcelain. If you choose a clay with very little grog it will help. I’d give it a go with whatever you have, experiment 😉 Have lots of fun let me know how you get on.
