I am having problems with downloading part 1 of Karen Kotze’s Glaze course. Please let me know why I can’t download the part 1 of Karen Kotze’s Glaze course? I have dowloaded the part 2 of it in ‘materials’ but for some reason in part 1 under materials where it says download video…it goes to the part 1 but there is no download happening. So I only have the 2nd part. I would like to watch it outside of the online site if I understood correctly?

I did send an email to the contact address the other day. Maybe there is a problem? Has anyone else asked about this or is it just me? I haven’t had a problem before and can’t see what the issue is? I am moving in a weeks time and might not have fibre or internet for awhile and would love to do the process slowly by following the steps as I go.

I am so excited to start and have got myself organised for the following weeks. Just the main concern of not being able to watch without WiFi.
