Hey everyone! Has anyone used Chrysanthos underglazes? If so, how do they compare to Mayco or other underglazes? Are there any others ou prefer?

They’re fine but not as pigmented as say Amaco velvets.

Just a little garage studio update. 😌 I have made subtle but effective changes that helped free up my shelving space (and more pegboard accessories will be added as I continue to get tools I would like to use) since I have a limited area to work with. I am thinking I will need to add a smaller additional shelf or get a compact rolling cart…

Hello Ceramics Community! What is the difference between an underglaze stamp vs a regular impress stamp to sign your work (aside from one using underglaze ink and the one just making an impression)? Is one better than the other or lasts longer than the other? Which do you prefer?

with a regular impress on the bottom, sometimes I stamp it on a side and in this case I colour it with black underglaze

Just sharing an update on how my little compact garage studio is coming along. 🌱 More shelving and storage are still going to be added, but this is what I am using for now! Not pictured is a heater to keep me warm during these winter months. Also not pictured, my husband’s work station on the opposite side of the garage and I use the table…
