About Me

Introduction

b  at Jakarta, Indonesia.  BFA (visual arts: sculpture) from Mason Gross School of Arts, NJ, USA in 1994.  First study ceramics  from Neil Moss at El Camino Community College, CA, USA. MFA (Studio Arts: Ceramics) from California State University Los Angeles (mentor Luis Bermudez) in 2007. Now living In Karawaci, Indonesia with my wife and 2 daughters. Lecturer at Universitas Pelita Harapan,  School of Design, Product Design and occasionally plays with clay.

What I Love about Ceramics

playing with clay, and all the creative process possible.

How I started with ceramics

just picking up mud after rain from the garden, playing with it, and many years llater continue with formal education at a community college and resulted in getting my MFA in studio arts, Ceramics in 2007 from Calstate Los Angeles. Been doing it since 1999.

What inspires me

people, art, God.
