Introduction	Hello! My name is Jennifer Patel and I live in Vancouver, WA. I love to make beautiful functional wares and play with glaze combinations. I also like to create pieces for the garden to add enjoyment for the observer.
What I Love about Ceramics	What I love about ceramics is that the possibilities are limitless. I could never get bored.
How I started with ceramics	My husband bought me a small wheel a couple years ago and it was love at first throw.
What inspires me	I am inspired by the creativity and brilliance of other ceramic artists and the energy of the ceramics community. I am always humbled by how kind and willing other artists are to teach and share their knowledge. I love being a part of such a warm community.
What I'm working on at the moment	I am developing a series of oyster platters inspired by the Hood Canal, WA. Hood Canal is known for its excellent oysters.
