My Ceramics

Introduction	I am from Saskatchewan, Canada and interested in improving my throwing and glazing skills. I have a small studio in my home.
What I Love about Ceramics	I love the feel of clay in my hands. Clay has such plasticity which is then captured when fired. The change nature of clay continues through the glazing process where each firing process is unique in its own way.
How I started with ceramics	I found a kiln buried in a room where I was teaching art. I figured that students would really benefit from a clay program so set out to learn about clay and kilns. I was very lucky to have great artists in my community who were willing to share their time and skills with me.
