My CV |
No , no “career” with pottery. But I have notebooks of all my work going back for almost 40 years…. thats alot of trials. I started with wheel classes at univeristy (LSU) in the 1970’s, taught Vis Art in an Arts-In-Education experimental program, central Louisiana at the end of the 70’s. Moved to NYC embarking on different path of interior space planning and commercial furniture. Loved the industry and eventually travelled as a multi-line Arch products rep in Texas/La (USA) before we moved to New Zealand 1995. Now living down under between NZ and AU except for 2 years in Tokyo soaking up the culture. Thru it all, pottery has been my constant craft. Always open to learning skills from other international talent. In Queenstown, our small club needs my experience. And I’m searching for my artist voice as am ready to do more with it beyond the hobby (it’s about time!).Â
