Step 1: Roll Out the Clay

Grab some air-dry clay and use a rolling pin to roll it out flat, about as thick as a pancake!

Step 2: Cut Out the Bats

Trace around a bat shape with a plastic knife. Cut out as many bats as you want!

Step 3: Make a Hole for Hanging

Poke a small hole at the top of each bat with a straw or pencil. This is where you’ll hang them later.

Step 4: Let Them Dry

Leave the bats out to dry for a day or two. Be patient while they harden!

Step 5: Paint and Decorate

Once dry, paint your bats black or any color you like! Use markers to add eyes or spooky designs.

Step 6: Add String

Thread some string or ribbon through the hole and your bats are ready to hang!

Now go hang them up and enjoy your super cool Halloween decorations! 🦇🎃
