After moving to Pittsburgh in 2019, Kate launched Stone + Sparrow Studio in earnest. What began as a small-batch pottery practice and has grown into making distinctive fine art fixtures and sculptural objects.
In 2023 the studio expanded into offering personalized and intimate classes and workshops for the ceramic-curious. We strive to continue growing our fine arts practice while sharing our passion and techniques for making things by hand.
