A human is a vessel, something fills him, he reacts to it, accumulates or throws out excess. My art explores the metaphor of “a human is a vessel”, bodily, sensory experience and response to events in the surrounding world.
It is important for me that my works evoke sensations in the viewer, not only emotional, but also physical.
Through the interaction of textures used in ceramics with each other, I convey the bodily experience received by a person: goosebumps, changes in heartbeat, catching one’s breath.
