I started this piece at a Rebecca Hutchinson paper clay workshop at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in June 2023. It sat on my work table in my home studio for weeks before I looked at it again. I finished it in a few days. I’m most satisfied with the process and outcome when I work organically. I tend to overthink many things with less appealing results usually. I need to remember this.
