CRMX session 1, part 1: past workspaces

The following photos are past workspaces I have had for my ceramics. My current workspace is by far my favorite and the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable, and most functional, but I have been thankful for every space I have had to work. I did not take photos of other people’s spaces that I have worked in, but I am grateful for those as well. Especially Alice Palmer’s basement studio since she was my first pottery instructor. She was also my elementary school teacher. The ladies who came to her studio were all older ladies, one was in her 90s! I learned so much from them, not just about pottery and ceramics but about life. Alice is, even though she has passed now, still one of my greatest encouragers of my pottery practice and she encouraged me to teach what I know.
