if I already have my ticket and have logged in, do I have to also sign up for hopin? if so, where to do that? Dont see where to enter the hopin area…

go to your e-mail where it says that you bought the ticket. There is a link to hopin with you acces

when I go to that it says I need to register for hopin. when I try to set up hopin acct. it wont accept any passwords. so reset and now wont accept password. Is ceramics congress login password same as hopin? it would not accept it and when tried to reset, wont accept new password as well.
