I am feeling pretty bummed about buying the years subscription to the Ceramic School, most of the courses are no available when I click the ‘start workshop’ button, and I have tried to communicate through email with no reply form the company.
I’m hoping someone will see this and help me. I will also try to call.

Hi Jennifer, it’s great to hear from you 🙂 I’ve just checked your account and you seem to have access to all of the workshops. Which workshops are you having trouble accessing? Which device / browser are you using please?

Hi Joshua, thanks so much for your reply, I am getting this message on about 80% of the workshops I try to access, for example here is what it looks like when I click on ‘start workshop’on the Anna Whitehouse video:

I did not get this message on the Adam Field lidded jar workshop, that one gives me the video screen to start the workshop.
I am using a chrome browser- I will try on Safari, but I’m thinking if it was the browser then I wouldn’t get some of the workshops?
On Mike Stumbras’ slip trailing workshop I get no link or message at all, but I am able to watch his handles workshop.
I love the content I have watched so far, and would like to watch more!-
Hi Jennifer, Sorry about that – we are in the process of moving our videos over to another hosting platform. It should be fixed now 🙂

I have another question- I can’t find the little box to mark my favorite workshops- can you have the new hosting platform put those back on? It is really helpful to find the courses I want to look at
