Working on a whole new series of work is so scary! Love the dark clay play though. Curious if folks have tips on how to manage both dark and white clay bodies in a small studio (also a studio without sink trap!) Thanks in advance.

yah that’s the dream lol. any studio above ground with water at this point is the dream!

Lovely work! I really love the combination of white slip on a black clay body. I do struggle with managing different clays myself. I’ve created a bucket for dark clay and wash all the tools and equipment there so I can reclaim anything without it contaminating my clay trap which is meant for white clay only. I also use the reverse size of my plaster board for recycling dark clay. I admit the whole process of switching between clay bodies is a bit frustrating…
