I contacted on their site with no response and via email at the address they provide (I I did a copy and paste) and received a response from the postmaster saying the Domain Name System (support @ Ceramic School) does not exist. It recommended calling the person for their email. I am angry at this point and thinking it is a scam.

Angry, too. I have contacted other colleagues in Sweden who have the same problem. So, it’s not just you and me. I have emailed “Joshua”, no answer as of yet. 

It looks like my email is wrong on the site but can’t see how to fix it. it’s a hotmail account and hotmail has two “i”s (hotmaiil) so worried that could be the problem.

Same thing here: no response whatsoever after my email. Bought my ticket in April. Very strange… there is no way to find out where the congress is streamed and how to enter. 

They are using a new platform this conference (with improved features) That may be part of the problem.  I’m waiting too, but  it’s not a scam and I’m sure the team is working hard to get us connected. Be patient, it’s VERY worth it. @joshuacollinson @carolepps

Go to joinballoon.com and sign in with your email and password to this site.  if it doesn’t work, try to reset your password.  It worked for me
