I paid for the Clay Camp replays and am unable to access any of the content.
It seems others are unable to access the course too
When will this be resolved ?

Hello Adele. Im kinda confused about the clay camp 2025. I paid the $59 for the three days but got sick and wasnt able to access them at the time. I figured id go back and review the videos later. Hi, there…I signed up for a subscription to be able to access the Jonah Harjer photopolymer class, but once I enrolled I see it’s not available until Feb 23? It looks like it should be available now and then the live Q&A is Feb 23. Can someone help me with this please? Thank you

Hi! Having trouble downloading the videos from the Jan 24-26 weekend. When I click the link under materials that says download – it starts the video in the browser but does not download. I did try a few and all the same behaviour. What am I missing? Thank you!

I see questions about when the clay camp replays will be available. I was able to access them yesterday.

Did you receive an email? I purchased the replay ticket but don’t see it anywhere on my dashboard.

I went to Courses and selected the clay camp. The instructors are listed down the left side of the screen. I just selected each instructor and the replays were available.

I have had issues for over a week being able to access clay camp or any of my courses on my iPad or my laptop/desktop. I keep getting a message that there is a critical error on the web site. All of my emails keep getting bounced back as well. I can pull it up on my phone but would really like to figure out the issue so I can watch things on…
