Hey All!!! I am desperately looking for a white engobe recipe that would be compatable with Highwater Raku clay. Everything I am finding requires Zircopax which I cannot seem to get. Shrinkage is 6.5% at cone 06 and 10.5% at cone 6. Something I can add colorants too is preferred. Thank you!!!

Have you tried checking pharmaceutical or cosmetic raw materials suppliers for zirconium silicate? While I had trouble finding Zircopax under the brand name, zirconium silicate was widely available where I’m from. If not, maybe try replacing it with tin oxide?
