Great colour schemes! The mountains and vessel logo with the blue sky reminds me of the huge rock formations in central Australia too. I wonder if your name could stand out more with larger text size?

Thanks Daphne and Chris, I might incorporate the colours of flame (yellow, orange or red) into my logo. I like the idea of transformations – and the ways working with clay can produce sometimes unexpected results.

Hi Tian, I like the name of your street – great coincidences! My name in Vietnamese is means Phoenix and I wasn’t thinking about the myth behind the name but it does fit with the origin story😊
I would love to find out where you get your firing in Footscray and learn about firing a kiln load.

Thank you Vinkee, I think the wall I have to climb over is my own – good to be able to see the journey from the other end!

Everyone’s origin story is so special. Thanks for sharing. I was undecided about sharing mine but here goes…My parents migrated to Melbourne, Australia with young children as refugees from postwar Vietnam. My parent were always very good with their hands. They worked on farms, sewed clothes and cooked for a living.
We did not have money…
