Ceramics:
High end studio ceramics/small run manufacture of homewares.
Goals:
Production of bespoke homewares and limited Australian studio pottery production for well established clients.
Specialties: High fire clay bodies; Particularly porcelain and stoneware clay formulation.
Oxidation and reduction glazes, with a particular interest in recycling materials in “Nuka” glaze.
A sound understanding and skill of reduction/oxidation kiln firing, pottery wheel, slab construction and slip casting.
Complicated mould construction.
Retail sales to high end retailers throughout Australia.
