Does anybody know how to access a paid workshop??

I have paid for the Ruby Pilven jewellery workshop (before i realised it is better to become a member) but i cannot access this work shop, i have not received any emails etc or any information to confirm that i have paid, and it doesn’t say anywhere that I have enrolled in this course, but it has certainly come out of my account $39 usd. I would like to be able to watch this at my leisure and have it for all time. Ive sent many tickets and emails to the support page from this website and have not heard from anyone. Please help. I have paid for the ceramic congress and wish to join, but hoping to sort this out before doing so.
