If you are having trouble getting in, I backed in as follows:
go to joinballoon.com (edited to correct webname)
It said I already had an account so using my email, I asked for a password reset.
That did it! I got in and went to events.
BINGO!

I’m confused. I went to Helloballoon.com and the domain name is for sale. Was there a different extension?
