About Me
| Introduction | 🌿 Hi, I’m Claudia — the hands and heart behind “Pottery by Katleya”. A little over a year ago, life led me through a difficult and dark chapter. Instead of falling, I chose to rise. I signed up for a 10-week pottery class at a local studio, not knowing it would change my life.
From the moment my hands touched clay, something inside me softened and awakened. My mind began to wander, my spirit began to heal, and I found a deep connection with the process of creating. Since then, I’ve built my own little studio at home — outdoors, where birds sing and my rescue cats keep me company. 🐾
Pottery has become the most powerful therapy for my soul — a sacred connection with the elements of earth, water, air, and fire. It’s also reconnected me with my ancestral roots.
I’m not a business — just a passionate soul sharing my journey with clay. This space is simply a window into what brings me peace and joy. Thank you for being here and supporting my creative path. 🤍 |
| My Artist Statement | Casa-Studio 127 is my home pottery studio — my favorite place in the world. It’s not a business, but a personal and special space I’d love to share with friends who want to explore the world of ceramics or build on their existing skills.
I’m not an art teacher, just a woman with a full-time professional job from Monday to Friday who has found a true passion in ceramics. And it’s that love — for clay, fire, and the creative process — that I wish to share with those who want to experience moments of creativity, calm, and connection.
Casa-Studio 127 is a haven where friendship, inspiration, and mutual learning grow — always nurtured with kindness and respect for each person’s journey. |
