Having received no response to my previous message, i.e. Social Media Extras lesson not loading, I decided to mark it complete and skip to Email Marketing. This lesson shows a black blank screen, and doesn’t move, even at 240.

  Hi Nancy, the lesson should be there – can you please try clearing your browser cache by pressing CTRL + F5 at the same time, or trying to open it in another browser?

    I emptied the cache (although CTRL+F5 didn’t work) and the lesson nearly appeared (I saw a couple of seconds), but now it’s blank again.
