My name is Alan and my wife and I are currently running a small studio based in Singapore called Terra and Ember. We make mostly functional wares and we are interested in making plaster molds and glazes.

| How I started with ceramics |
I first came into contact with pottery when I was doing my Postgraduate research and it transited from hobby to passion, now I am doing it full time while my wife helps on part-time basis as she has a full time job. We love to experiment with anything ceramics related as being self-taught, we are always hungry for knowledge! For now, we are interested in making our own glazes and hopefully to retail them to our fellow home based potters in Singapore.
