What I Love about Ceramics	Ceramic is my hobby I love to create functional item to give as gifts ceramics satisfy my creative side ( addiction) I love the sharing and social aspect as well
How I started with ceramics	Long story however as I approached retirement I knew I want to keep busy at first I studied bee keeping but felt not fair to the bees if I was 2 hours away from my hives So pottery had been an idea for the last 15 years I didn’t own or know anything about it so I found. A class and within a month I bought a wheel and it has been a passion ever since
What inspires me	Nature, animals and corny things
What I'm working on at the moment	Inspirational hearts and snowman mugs
My Artist Statement	I want to make pieces that people will use that are well made and that they are happy to own
