Hi, my name is Juanita I was born in Bogota Colombia but have been living in Miami for 27 years. I am a mother of 4 and started pottery as a hobby 2 years ago. I use the wheel and hand building techniques to create my forms.

I started the Miami ceramic league as a hobby potter; today I am fully immerse in creating new vessels and expand my knowledge.

Flowers, the coral reef, Â and very simple but functional forms.

I am working on a production of flower vessels for table dinner decoration.
