Hi everyone! I’m Jon. Ive been a hobbying potter and sculptor for about 8 years. My day job is as a maths teacher. But pottery and ceramics is one of my 3 escapes and releases and sheer joys in this life. Every time that I have worked alongside other ceramicists I have been blown away by creativity, vision, skill and love of the art form. I throw, sculpt and make slab work, but still haven’t decided what my ‘style’ is or where my niche is. I have sold at craft fairs, exhibited at art exhibitions and sell online. However, I cant wait to meet fellow ceramicists on this course, share ideas, learn and grow.
