Hello Everyone,
I’m new to pottery and just started about a month ago with wheel throwing and hand building. As I’m learning on my own through YouTube, and online. Can someone please suggest me a beginners book where I can read and learn about firing and glazing. I’m planning to get myself a gas klin maybe, if I get confident enough. 😊

The most helpful YouTube people for me have been, Simon Leach, Steve Booton, and Hsinchuen Lin, in that order for cone 10 gas kilns, glaze and firing.
As for books, any of John Britt’s books are very good, and The Kiln Book by Fredrick Olsen.
