I have been trying to pause or cancel my membership with many attempts in recent days with no success in finding the “simple click” to do so. I did write in 3 days ago asking for assistance, but have not received a response yet. I must be missing something because it certainly hasn’t been easy for me to withdraw my subscription , in fact I’ve found it impossible. I have enjoyed having the membership for about 3 years now but I need to take a break at the present time. Please help me with this.

Thank you Joshua , but please, a refund is not necessary as I have so thoroughly enjoyed the ceramic school offerings. The workshops are really superb . It just doesn’t make sense for me personally, to maintain a monthly membership presently when I don’t have the time to watch the offerings as often as I would like. I am, no doubt, the one at fault for being technically challenged in navigating parts of the site. I certainly plan to continue taking your course offerings when time permits.
