Hello Keller I’m from Colombia, South America. I live in Bogotá. Here, it’s not easy to find porcelain as pure as what they use in the USA or Europe. But there’s a tile and sanitary ware company that uses a very similar paste and can withstand temperatures up to 1260 degrees Celsius without it collapsing. Sometimes it turns gray after reaching 1200 degrees Celsius. And I have a gas oven. So sometimes it creates a reduction atmosphere, and the same thing happens.
