Özge Tan was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1993. After graduated from Ceramics Department at Fine Arts Faculty, Anadolu University with a first-class honors degree in 2016, she started her Master’s Degree in the same year at the same university and completed the program in 2019. She started her Proficiency in Art on Ceramics at the Fine Arts Institute at Anadolu University in 2019. She held her first solo exhibition in 2016 and second in 2020. She has participated in many of group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. She received the First Prize on Artistic Branch from 9. International GizemFrit Ceramic Competition in 2018 and Ilhan Karaca Special Award from 10. International Muammer Çakı Ceramic Competition and the First Prize from İstiklal Yolu Ceramic Competition in 2017. At Present, Özge Tan works as a research assistant at the Ceramics Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts , Anadolu University. She currently keeps going to make ceramic sculptures, wall pieces and more, with passion.
