| Introduction |
My name is Anne Brantley. I live in Oak Island, NC. I enjoy both the wheel and hand building. I focus mostly on functional pieces but my husband and I have flipped houses in the past and I like to add a piece of us in the houses. I make backsplashes, pool side ceramic inserts and drawer knobs

| What I Love about Ceramics |
I love the colors as well as versatility of the medium. I also enjoy working with stain glass. I like to combine mediums together and ceramics creates a foundation I can add other medium to. Glass or weavings or alcohol paint to ceramics creating texture and dimension. Ceramics are strong and functional
