About Me

Introduction

Hello!  I’m a mature student, studying a BA Fine Arts at the University of Reading, UK

My primary art practice is ceramics and I have a small studio.  The majority of my day to day work is wheel thrown, with some sculpture, slab and coil work of specific pieces.

How I started with ceramics

I started on a Saturday workshop at a local college, that led to a weekly course, that led to weekly studio time. Next, I enrolled on a 1 year Access to Higher Education Course – Art and Design and that led to the degree course I’m now on at Reading University.
