Day 3. Sketch a shadow that inspires a form
If you free your mind and allow it to drift you can see so many things in the world around you. When I looked at this simple shadow I immediately pictured a boat that drifted ashore. What do you see?

I saw a semi-truck first. Then saw your lovely sketch. Then I saw a tug boat. Great job!

I keep looking back-and-forth between the shadow and the drawing of the little dinghy and I’m always amazed how our imaginations can take us so much further than reality.

Day 5. Trace the outline of your hand and turn it into a vessel. L
I’m not sure the hand as the teapot would work but my sketch gave me an idea I’d like to explore further, the hand as a holder or rest for the teapot. The significance of the hand holding a teapot represents nurturing and comfort and would be an ideal piece for any family gathering.

I really like this image of the hand is the teapot hand holding teapot. It’s humorous as well.

I built this mug intentionally giving it curves fir a feminine appeal. However, I do not yet have a handle on handles.
These daily activities were exactly what I needed to inspire me till ve the artist I know I can be.
