I’ve been having problems with my account and have contacted support multiple times with no luck.

I am unable to find the courses I’ve already watched in the “My Courses” tab. Also, I have a monthly subscription (have had it for many years), am I still supposed to pay extra to view the courses? When I click on a course, it lists a price under the video link. If I click on the video, will I be charged, or is it included in my monthly subscription?
