@musingaboutmud can you please assist me in accessing the workshops i paid lifetime access for (November congress) when i log in to my account it says i have no workshops. I’ve reached out to ceramic school several times over the past few weeks and no reply. really want to view these informative videos. thanks in advance for your help. brenda

Apologies that you haven’t heard back yet! I just had a look at your account and it shows the Congress Replays as being there. It shows that you have completed 2 out of the 50 steps of the workshop. Can you please confirm that you still haven’t been able to access it on your end? Many thanks! We’ll get it sorted : )

Yes, I too have questions re: access to the workshops I paid for. In particular I’m eager to view ‘Sgraffito and the Narrative Surface’. When I search this title nothing comes up. What gives?

@kepottery@gmail.com Morning! I just had a look in the back end and the November congress is on your account. When you’re logged in on the main page go to the Courses tab. Once that page is open you will see (as in the photo attached here) All workshops and My workshops. It should be there under MY workshops. Let me know if that doesn’t work. Thanks!

Hi Carole, I paid to access the most recent Congress and I wanted to watch them all LIVE, or watch them within the 24 hour window that each was available… but most wouldn’t even show up for me. If you take a look at my account, perhaps you will see my activity, so you can see what I did manage to do and the comments I made about not being able to access a lot of them. After trying to access the content and having the same thing happen over and over, I just gave up! I was very disappointed and feel like the Congress was an entire waste of my money. Am I able to get a refund please?
